Gift Treatment Terms and Conditions
- Validity: Gift treatments are valid for up to 61 days after purchase.
- Rescheduling: Customers can reschedule their gift treatment for any available time, with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is limited to 2 times.
- Cancellations: A cancellation fee of 25% of the treatment cost applies if the appointment is canceled.
- Transferability: Gift treatments can be transferred to someone else if necessary.
